Projects Proposed Under $31 Million Bond Measure
If a student you know sits in a Klamath County School District Classroom, this bond will effect them and your community.
Building improvement projects will occur at every school in the Klamath County School District if voters approve the $31 million bond measure in the May 21, 2013, election.
Funding cannot be used for any purpose other than capital construction and renovation projects. None of the funding will go towards books, teachers, administrators or extra-curricular activities.

Bonanza, completion of roof replacement, lighting upgrade, $583,642.
Brixner Junior High, roof repair and update fire alarm system, $462,000.
Chiloquin Elementary, gym roof, update fire alarm system, $75,500.
Chiloquin Junior/Senior High, Lighting upgrade, roof with rigid insulation, replace failing aluminum window-wall panel system, remove asbestos linoleum, install VCT flooring, replace and upgrade heating and ventilation system, $2,306,000.
District office, fire alarm system, $27,500.
Ferguson Elementary, Lighting upgrade, replace window/wall system, improve heating/air quality system, roof replacement, $1,560,000.
Gearhart, fire alarm system update, $24,300.
Gilchrist Elementary, fire alarm system update, $26,615
Gilchrist Junior/Senior High, wood shop roof, fire alarm system update, $105,000.
Henley Elementary, new school with gym, cafeteria, relocated playground and parking, $19,410,000.
Henley High School, completion of lighting upgrade, $349,440.
Henley Middle School, fire alarm system update and lighting upgrade, $233,912.
